At Giftys The Craft Store, we’re more than just a shop—we’re a lively hub for creativity, learning, and artistic expression. Whether you pop in to see us in person or prefer to shop online, we guarantee a smooth experience with nationwide shipping all across India.
Before we send out our products, they go through a thorough inspection. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at giftyscraftstore@gmail.com. Make sure to include a video of the product being opened—showing the address and tracking clearly, all the way until the product is fully checked, without any cuts or pauses. This needs to be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll only process a replacement after we’ve received and confirmed the defective product at our warehouse. If the item you returned is out of stock, don’t worry! We’ll issue you a GIFT CARD for the value of the product, which you can use to place a new order within the next 2 months. We can only accept returns if: 1. The product wasn’t damaged while you had it. 2. The product matches what we originally shipped to you. 3. The returned item is in its original condition (including the box, MRP tag, and all accessories).
