If you happen to receive something damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery through email or WhatsApp. When you contact us, please include: - A video of you opening the package - A clear photo of the damaged item - Your order number - An image of the invoice For orders with multiple items, only the damaged product can be returned and replaced. If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll send it out within 5 working days. If it’s out of stock, we’ll let you know and work out a suitable solution. 2. **Missing Products** If you find that any items are missing from your package, please let us know within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Make sure to include: - A video of you opening the package - Your order number - An image of the invoice For orders with multiple items, we’ll only resend the missing product.
