Eligibility for Returns- You can return items within 7 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that can be sold again.
Non-Returnable Items - Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Additionally, items that have been used or damaged due to customer handling are also non-returnable.

We might ask you to send us some photos before we approve the return. Keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
