Please ensure that you return your purchase in its original packaging, including all parts, freebies, and the original receipt. Make sure the items are well-packed for the return. If you send back an incorrect product, we won't be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transit. Once we receive the original product and complete a quality check, we will either ship out a replacement or process a refund for the original item, depending on the situation.
