Starting from the picturesque Kannitta Jetty, you can explore the stunning Vembanad Lake, Kainakary River, Umpikkaram Canal, and the charming Stone Bridge (Kallupalam) Canal. Don’t miss the Bhajan madam canal right in front of the Bhajan madam Temple, as well as St. Mary’s Lake, Pathil chira Canal, Ayiraveli Canal, Chavara Canal, Palukaran Canal, Manalodi Canal, Muttel Canal, Pauvam Canal, and Menappally Lake. You can set off from the Kainakary houseboat terminal for a journey that lasts anywhere from just one hour to a full day—up to 7 or 8 hours if you’re up for it!
Travelers have the freedom to choose their own budget and the route they want to take, along with the time they wish to spend. For instance, if you opt for just one hour, we’ll take you from Kannitta Jetty to Kainakary Terminal and back. But if you’re looking to extend your adventure and are willing to invest a bit more, we can venture to farther areas and enjoy a longer cruise. Each tour is unique and tailored to fit your budget, so a one-hour trip is never the same as a two-hour one. The longer you cruise, the more beautiful sights you’ll see! We promise a peaceful experience on the backwaters, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
