Since its inception in 1980, Friends Fitness Centre has progressed significantly. It began with a mud floor and just a few iron dumbbells, and now, decades later, we have a quality fitness facility that is like a dream. Today, we have a rubberized floor to promote safety and comfort, and the gym is equipped with rubber-coated dumbbells and the latest equipment.
